NC turning process for the medical sector

Thanks to our high-tech and productive CNC machine park, we manufacture high-precision parts from Ø2 to Ø42mm. We are able to produce small, medium and large series of turned parts, from 100 to 1 million pieces.

Traditional screw machining for the medical sector

We manufacture simple parts at competitive prices, using a fleet of sliding headstock cam-type lathes. We can machine between 5,000 and 1 million parts with sizes ranging from Ø2 to Ø20mm.

Multi-spindle turning for the medical sector

We can machine precision parts in large series, from 100,000 to several million parts. The size of the turned parts is between Ø4 and Ø16mm.
