NC screw-cutting process

Our high-tech and productive numerically controlled machine park enables us to produce high-precision parts from Ø2 to Ø42mm. We produce screw-machined parts in small, medium and large series, from 100 to 1 million parts.

Traditional screw machining

We produce simple parts at competitive prices, thanks to a fleet of sliding headstock cam-type lathes. We can machine between 5,000 and 1 million parts with sizes ranging from Ø2 to Ø20mm.

Multi-spindle turning

We are able to machine precision parts in large series, from 100,000 to several million parts. The size of the machined parts is between Ø4 and Ø16mm.
