Since 1896, in the heart of the Arve Valley, Décolletage ELBE has been machining complex turned parts in brass, stainless steel, aluminum, and engineering plastics for connectors, gas, aerospace, and medical applications. Our Industry 4.0 machine park (CNC lathes, multi-spindles, Escomatic), in-line inspections, and full traceability deliver tight tolerances, consistent cycle times, and ready-to-assemble parts.

Industry 4.0 machine park
Our workshop relies on more than thirty CNC machines—sliding-headstock lathes, multi-spindle machines, and secondary operation centers—able to produce runs from 500 to 1,000,000 parts, across diameters from 2 to 65 mm, with the right balance of cost efficiency and throughput.
Equipped with high-pressure coolant, automatic chip evacuation, and Industry 4.0 connectivity, the machine park reports OEE and SPC indicators in real time. Dedicated finishing and induction brazing units complete the process, while our in-house metrology lab continuously monitors dimensions.
The result: Swiss-turned parts that are in spec straight off the line, ready to be packed and shipped.

At Décolletage ELBE, every raw-material batch is identified as soon as it enters stock: supplier certificate, heat number, and safety data sheet are linked to your manufacturing order. During machining, automated SPC checks—performed using a profile projector, a Mitutoyo Contracer, and Tesa Scan—secure critical dimensions and record any drift.
At the end of the line, your parts are delivered with a detailed dimensional report, complemented, on request, by CPK studies or leak-tightness testing. This structured approach, aligned with ISO 9001 and the requirements of aerospace and medical industries, ensures full documentary and dimensional compliance.
